An existing bungalow in St Albans was demolished to make way for a contemporary three bedroom home.

Project Facts

Claridge & Hall demolished an existing bungalow, removing all the existing structure and foundations.

We worked closely with the architects to construct a three bedroom house with a lift and oak staircase. The open-plan ground floor provides living, dining, kitchen and office areas and features a sun room to one side.

Outside, this stunning home features a new tarmac driveway and an Indian sandstone patio to the rear.

I am writing to thank you for all the hard work that you and the team put in to our bandroom project. I am pleased to say that the building and parking is now all finished and ready for use.

The band is delighted with the result. We have a new purpose-built music facility right in the heart of town. As you know, the facilities include a large rehearsal room, two small teaching rooms, a kitchen, a library room, WCs and plenty of storage. The band has a new home that will last for generations to come.

Thank you again for all your efforts. We can all be very proud of what has been achieved.
